How to determine if my TSI engine is CCTA or CBFA ? A. To determine if your TSI is the CBFA, look at the stock intake system. If your intake system has a small 1 inch diameter hose coming off of the airbox, before the Mass Air Flow sensor, your vehicle is CBFA. In addition, if you look at the top of the crank case cover on the top of the motor, the sticker will indicate whether your motor is the CBFA or CCTA. Q. Do you have a downpipe that would fit on TSI CBFA engine? A. Sorry currently we do not have a downpipe that works on TSI CBFA engine without modification.  |
